Make Pasta from Scratch
Join us at the Watertown Library on Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm and learn to make pasta from scratch with Matthew Yanarella of My Productions CT.
This hands-on program will have participants learning how to mix, knead, roll and cut dough as well as make two simple sauces.
The class will taste some of their cooked pasta and go home with fresh dough.
Aprons are encouraged to be brought!
Space is limited, registration required.
