The Watertown Library Assocition provides informative, interactive programs and events, both in-person and virtual, across varied disciplines and interests. Whether it's children's story time, author talks, mystery book club discussions, seasonal crafting kits, job search programs, technology instruction, movie matinees, grab-n-go bags or more - find out what's on at the library.


Halloween At The Library

Stop by the library between 10:00am and 7:00pm on Thursday, October 31, 20024 and enjoy a few Halloween themed games plus a craft offered in the children's room throughout the day - as well as plenty of good books!

No registration is necessary!

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga program incorporating the use of chairs. Instructor Frances Harmeyer is certified in chair yoga and holds a degree in Occupational Therapy.

Registration is required.

Memoirs of an Arabian Princess from Zanzibar

Join us on Friday, November 8, 2024 at the Watertown Library beginning at 1:00pm when we welcome Rita Parisi of Waterfall Productions who has adapted Salamah's memoirs into a one woman theatrical presentation.

This program was chosen by and is sponsored by The Friends of the Watertown Library.

Story Time with Mrs. Zipoli

Join us at the Watertown Library on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 from 10:30am to 11:30am for story time and craft with Mrs. Zipoli!

AI In Everyday Life

Join us on Thursday, Novemeber 14, 2024 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the Watertown Library when we welcome Mary McPheat, Founder & CEO of Grounded Logic to discuss how AI is being integrated into everyday life and reshaping personal and consumer experiences in ways never imagined.

Glitter Dream Jar Workshop

Join us at the Watertown Library on Saturday, November 16, 2024 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm to make your own glitter shake jar! - children age 5 - 10.

Story Time with Mrs. Butterly

Join us at the Watertown Library on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 from 10:30am to 11:30am for a story time and crafts with Dinah Butterly! - children age 3 - 6.

Registration is suggested.

Wreath Making

Join us at the Watertown Library on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm to design and create your own front door wreath with Vanessa Fasanella of Vintage & More.

Mystery Book Club

The Mystery Book Club meets at 7:00pm on the third Wednesday of each month via Zoom or in person at Watertown Library.
